Born in Italy, Valentino Garavani was nicknamed "the master of dresses" and the "genius of clothing". Also a man of passion, his name will forever be united to all shades of red. Created by a designer with refined charm, imbued with sophistication, Valentino perfumes are adorned with magical elegance, inviting you to succumb to the pleasures of the senses. The first Valentino perfume was created in 1979. It bears the same name as the brand and is intended for women. Very elegant, it is a flowery and sensual fragrance, presented in a fluted bottle, full of roundness and generosity, designed by Pierre Dinant. First marketed in a limited way, it was finally relaunched in 1986.

From this first fragrance were born other fragrances, such as the Vendetta line, the Very Valentino duo from 1998, or Rock 'n and V from 2006. Until 2010, the Valentino fragrances were made in collaboration with Procter & Gamble, but the license was bought by the Spanish group Puig, which marked a real turning point in the history of Valentino perfumery.

The brand's olfactory range became more luxurious, and therefore more consistent with Valentino's DNA. The 2011 Valentina perfume was a great success. It is the absolute symbol of Italian culture, and materializes floral delicacy and exceptional elegance. This perfume was followed by Valentina Assoluto in 2012, Valentina Acqua Floreale in 2013, Valentina Rose in 2015 and Valentina Poudre in 2016. Similarly, Valentino launched into the manufacture of perfumes for men, giving birth to Valentino Uomo. In general, all the Valentino perfumes are a perfect combination of luxury and Dolce Vita.
