Loris Azzaro is the founder of the Azzaro perfume house. Born in Tunisia to Italian parents, he grew up on the Mediterranean coast, and his creations are significantly inspired by the atmosphere of the sea and the sun that rocked him. Loris moved to Paris in the 1960s, where he founded the Azzaro brand in 1967. He first stood out with his sensational sequined dresses, the opposite of the then ubiquitous little black dresses. It was in 1975 that the first Azzaro perfume was presented.
